We reserve the right to modify, expand, or discontinue any part of our services at our discretion.

2. User Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are:

At least 18 years of age

A business owner, representative, or authorized party

Using our services for lawful business purposes

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To access certain features, you may be required to register and provide accurate information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

All activities that occur under your account

Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access

4. Fees & Payments

We offer both one-time onboarding packages and monthly service subscriptions. Payment terms include:

Service Fee: Starting at $997 USD for onboarding

Monthly Subscription: Varies by package; typically ranges from $297 to $2,497+

Due Date: All payments are due in advance unless otherwise stated

Payment Methods: Stripe, ACH, credit/debit cards, or bank transfer

Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Service Commitment

We commit to delivering the services outlined in your chosen package, which may include but are not limited to:

CRM setup and configuration

Custom AI agent deployment

Lead intake automation

Follow-up campaigns via SMS, voice, or email

Marketing consulting or campaign execution

While we strive for optimal performance, we do not guarantee specific results such as sales increases or lead conversion rates.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate business and contact information

Cooperate in the onboarding and customization process

Respect project timelines and submit requested materials promptly

Not misuse or alter the AI agents, CRM system, or marketing tools in ways not intended

7. Intellectual Property

All custom scripts, AI flows, designs, and software configurations developed by Biss Systems remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials as long as your account is active and in good standing.

8. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our digital services and strategy deployment:

Setup Fees and AI agent customization fees are non-refundable once initiated.

Monthly service subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for partially used billing cycles.

In rare cases of system failure or undelivered services, we may issue a partial refund at our sole discretion.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all proprietary or sensitive business information confidential. We will not share your leads, strategies, or automation settings with any third party without written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

Biss Systems shall not be liable for:

Business losses, loss of revenue, or loss of client opportunities

Downtime or disruptions due to third-party platforms (e.g., GoHighLevel, Stripe, Meta, etc.)

Incorrect data input or misuse of the tools provided

Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Maximum liability under this agreement is limited to the total amount paid by you in the past 30 days.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service immediately if:

You breach these Terms

Your payment fails or remains unpaid after 7 days

You engage in abusive, unethical, or fraudulent behavior

You misuse our AI tools or CRM for spamming or illegal activities

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services implies acceptance of the changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
